Question:  Who has standing to sue for access to children?

Answer:   Some of the usual bases under the Texas Family Code cited for standing to sue for access to children are that the person is a parent, guardian, or person who has had actual care, custody and possession of children for at least six months ending not more thatn 90 days before filing suit. Texas Family Code section 102.003.
